Shiba Inu (SHIB) Dream NFT Collection Encounters Minting Hurdles

Shiba Inu Admin Disassociates from Certain NFT Projects

The Shib Dream development team, representing the much-anticipated Shib Dream NFT Collection, has actively addressed recent minting issues by offering an official apology to the Shiba Inu community. Using the Shib Dream X account, the team apologised and promised to unveil a new minting schedule soon.

A Closer Look at the Shib Dream NFT Failure

Shib Dream, a close associate of the Shiba Inu-centric news platform Shibarmy.co, launched this NFT collection on the Shibarium platform to strengthen its community ties. The buzz grew as the collection prepared for its debut on PawZaar, elevating the community’s spirits.

For those just joining in, PawZaar serves as a dedicated NFT marketplace within the Shiba Inu ecosystem, birthed by the brains behind the Shibarium-powered Pawzone initiative.

However, as excitement peaked, PawZaar hit a roadblock, postponing the minting event on October 24. Delving into the issue, Shib Dream highlighted NowNodes’, PawZaar’s node operator, struggles with the unexpected surge in traffic.

In response, NowNodes is now rectifying the problem, ensuring smoother launches for upcoming projects on PawZaar. Further solidifying their bond, PawZaar will handle the secondary sales of the NFT collection, a collaboration that celebrates its two-year anniversary.

Shib Dream assures the community that the minting price of 19,500,000 SHIB remains fixed as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, they are considering expanding the minting options to SHIB, BONE, and LEASH, with Shibarium ensuring seamless transitions.

Shibarium’s Rocky Past

It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time Shibarium has faced such challenges. During its initial launch, Shibarium struggled with overwhelming traffic, forcing it to seek expansive scaling solutions with support from industry stalwarts like Polygon.

JD, the founder of PawZone, passionately advocates for PawZaar as the best DApp on Shibarium. However, the recurring challenges and the platform’s inability to meet initial expectations underline a growing concern. Clearly, it’s high time for a reliable and lasting solution.
