GuardianLink.io Announces First Collections of Metaverse Wedding
According to an announcement on February 3, GuardianLink.io, a non-fungible token (NFT) ecosystem technology framework, has launched the first collections of Metaverse Wedding NFTs on its marketplace platform Beyondlife.Club.
Asia is poised to witness its first wedding reception at the Metaverse when Dinesh Kshatriya and Janaganandhini Ramaswamy host their virtual Hogwarts wedding on February 6th, 2022. Sponsored by cryptocurrency trading platform CoinSwitch Kuber, the NFT Collection will be a work of art that will include sets and clothing from the Harry Potter and Cyberpunk eras.
This NFT collection includes 12 NFTs, 11 of which are unique (ERC 721) NFTs that are virtual avatars of the bride and groom projected in traditional and western outfits with and without the bride’s late father, and one NFT for Wedding Invitations (ERC 1155 ) consists of 50 shares.
NFTs contain virtual avatars of brides and grooms that are bought and resold within nanoseconds of being pulled from shelves.
Up to 50 identical copies were sold for $10 each, with one reselling within a second for $100 on the GuardianLink.io secondary market. Also, one of the invites that sold for $10 is now selling for $4,450, almost 400x the price.
