XRP has taken a significant step toward broader corporate adoption, as Nature’s Miracle Holding, a U.S.-based agritech company, announced plans to allocate up to $20 million to build an XRP treasury. The move positions the firm as one of the first publicly traded companies to formally incorporate XRP into its core financial strategy.
Funding Secured Through Registered Equity Deal
Nature’s Miracle revealed that it will fund the XRP purchase using proceeds from an equity financing agreement with GHS Investments. This agreement has already been cleared by the SEC under Form S-1, providing the company with a legal foundation to access the funds. Although the company has not specified the exact timeline for the acquisition, the drawdown process will determine the schedule for executing the token purchase.

The company made it clear that XRP will not be a peripheral asset. Instead, it will serve as a central pillar of Nature’s Miracle’s long-term capital positioning. The firm aims to hold the asset as a treasury reserve and leverage it strategically for future financial operations.
Plans to Leverage Ripple’s Blockchain Ecosystem
In addition to buying XRP outright, Nature’s Miracle also intends to engage more deeply with Ripple’s enterprise ecosystem. The company plans to explore staking opportunities and potentially use XRP to streamline cross-border payments. This strategy aims to cut operational costs and diversify the company’s working capital beyond fiat currencies.

Nature’s Miracle joins a growing list of corporations adopting XRP. Earlier in the year, Singapore-listed Trident announced a $500 million XRP treasury initiative, while Hyperscale Data disclosed its $10 million allocation to XRP for a DeFi lending project. Although Nature’s Miracle’s $20 million move may appear modest in comparison, it strengthens the trend of institutional players embracing XRP.
Nature’s Miracle’s decision highlights a growing shift in corporate finance strategies, as publicly traded firms begin to view XRP not just as a digital asset but as a viable treasury instrument. This development further cements XRP’s reputation as a utility-focused altcoin with increasing relevance in real-world business applications.
