Terra Station App Updated As Gas And Tax Calculation Errors Fixed Which Permits Users Send LUNC

Terra LUNC Community Approves New Measure to Reduce Tax Burn

LUNC investors will be relieved to learn that they can now send LUNC using their mobile phones. As announced in a tweet today, the Terra Rebels team has fixed gas and tax calculation errors in the Terra Station app.

“TerraStation mobile app has been released with the fixes for the gas fees,” tweeted Terra Rebels. “This has been tested and works. You can now send LUNC again from your phone. Please make sure your TerraStation app is updated.”

It is worth noting that several reports of failed transactions using the Terra Classic were disclosed following the implementation of the tax parameter change. On Monday, Core Terra Classic developer Edward Kim explained that the error was caused by a lack of gas on the network. Kim confirmed at the time that developers were looking into ways to reimburse those who had lost gas fees through community distribution pools.

Meanwhile, LUNC investors should know that the latest fix is only for the Terra Station, not the entire chain. According to reXx of the Terra Rebels, users should expect a chain fix anytime soon.

Up to this point, the community has reacted positively to the news. Users on all platforms, in particular, are advised to update the app. The fix appears to be working perfectly on Android, but iOS users that are still experiencing problems should clear the app cache and restart the app.

reXx has encouraged community members to ignore any fear, uncertainty, or doubt (FUD) spreading on Twitter. As reported by the Terra Rebel, while the chain is not yet optimal, it is rapidly improving compared to the state it was in following the May ecosystem collapse.

It is worth noting that Binance appears to have thrown a lifeline to the LUNC community in its quest to reduce the LUNC supply to 10 billion from 6.9 trillion. On Monday, the leading exchange announced that it would burn all LUNC trading fees. According to a blog post published yesterday, the cryptocurrency exchange has also resolved issues with the implementation of the 1.2% tax on withdrawals and deposits.

LUNC Burner data shows that about 50 million LUNC has been burnt today by the tax.
