An upcoming play-to-earn (P2E) game project called Garuda the Protector will debut on the Terra Classic blockchain in the second quarter of this year.
On its path to resuscitation, the move is anticipated to provide the network with more utility.
The game’s development team has also confirmed intentions to put on-chain tax burns into practice.
The future initiative was been announced by Garuda Nodes, with the goal of assisting the Terra Classic community through project development and token burns.

Community members are being encouraged by Garuda Nodes to mint their Garudas at Miati.io, a well-known NFT marketplace and launchpad on the Terra network.
Garuda is a playable character in the game. There are 500 Garuda NFTs in the collection, and each one costs 117,000 LUNC (about $20).
As of press time, 299 NFTs remained out of an estimated 201 that had been coined.
Garuda Nodes solicited community support for delegation in addition to the future game and promised to expand the network’s functionality.
Terra Classic Community Commends the Project
The initiative has gotten a lot of praise, and many supporters of LUNC compliment the validator for their work.
Significantly, well-known LUNC development organization TerraCVita brought notice to the progress, praised the crew, and urged them to “keep building.”

BetterLunc, a Tttt Fellow LUNC validator, expressed enthusiasm for the planned project and questioned whether or not the community should anticipate it to support token burning.
Garuda Nodes responded by confirming intentions to introduce on-chain tax burning and plans to burn a portion of game earnings.
This is pretty cool! I’ve been waiting on a $LUNC game! Maybe it’ll burn some? 👀🚀🌕 @GarudaNodes

It is important to note that the Terra Classic community has frequently underlined the importance of utility in the asset’s path to ultimate revival.
This has led to the emergence of projects like Terraport, which aims to speed up the burn process while introducing utility to the network.
The soon-to-be-launched Garuda the Protector P2E initiative shows the community’s commitment to supporting the asset’s revival drive and is another step toward bringing value to the blockchain.
