Shiba Inu’s BONE Sees Exchange Listing Boosts from Poloniex

Will Shibarium's Growth and Institutional Investment Save Shiba Inu from Its June Slump?

The crypto community has seen a multitude of cryptocurrencies come to the forefront, with meme coins gaining popularity recently. Shiba Inu [SHIB] has garnered a significant following, but now a new coin that is derived from SHIB has emerged and taken over the meme coin space.

The launch of Shibarium, which was highly anticipated, has caused the entire community to embrace BONE as it is expected to be widely used in this layer-2 upgrade. As a result, several exchanges have started listing BONE in the past few days, with many firms onboarding the meme coin. The latest addition to the list is Poloniex, which joined earlier today.

A recent blog post has stated that BONE will be ready for trading today after 11:00 [UTC]. Deposits for the meme coin will be open at 10:00 [UTC].

Over the past few days, there has been a lot of interest in the meme coin from various exchanges such as Crypto.com, Gate.io, and Huobi. With Poloniex now also expressing interest and listing the coin, the community is hoping that Binance will follow suit.

Given the hype around BONE at the moment and its significance in Shibarium, the chances of Binance listing it were quite high. As previously mentioned, BONE will have a crucial role to play in Shibarium as a gas token and as a reward for validators and delegators. In addition, the public beta version of Shibarium is expected to be released this week.
