The “Treat Yourself” tour began in early July at the IVS Crypto event in Kyoto, Japan. This global initiative aims to connect with SHIB holders and crypto enthusiasts worldwide. The tour’s goal is to strengthen relationships between the Shiba Inu community and the ecosystem’s development team through face-to-face interactions across various countries.

Before arriving in Seoul, the team’s most recent stop was Mumbai, India. In Mumbai, they held meetings to explore expanding the Shiba Inu project’s reach. India is significant to the project’s lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, who has previously called it his second home. Following India, the team planned to attend the Blockchain Futuristic Conference (BFC) in Toronto, Canada, in mid-August.
Updates on TREAT and Shiba Metaverse
Lucie, the marketing lead for the Shiba Inu ecosystem, provided updates on upcoming developments. The new token, TREAT, will play a crucial role in the ecosystem’s growth, especially within the future Shiba metaverse.
