Shiba Inu Simplifies Token Access with New Fiat-On-Ramp for BONE

SHIB Lead Reveals BONE Token’s Importance and Shiba Eternity Beta Success

Shiba Inu has launched a new fiat-on-ramp service, enabling users to purchase BONE and USDC tokens directly with Visa or Mastercard. Lucie, the ecosystem’s marketing lead, announced that Shiba Inu has partnered with fiat-on-ramp provider Wert to simplify token purchases on the Shibarium network.

Easier Access to Shibarium

Through this partnership, Shibarium users can now buy BONE and USDC tokens effortlessly using familiar payment methods. This new feature streamlines the process for newcomers, allowing them to purchase tokens without the need for complex bridging or navigating centralized exchanges. As a result, this initiative is expected to drive wider adoption of the supported tokens, which could lead to long-term value increases.

Users can purchase BONE and USDC on Shibarium with just a few clicks, even without prior experience. To buy these assets with fiat, visit Shib.io, the official home of the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Start by selecting “Buy $BONE with Card” located at the top right corner of the screen. A new window will appear, allowing you to select the amount of BONE you wish to buy. You can also switch to USDC using the dropdown arrow.

After entering the desired amount of BONE, click “Continue” and input your Shibarium address. On the next screen, enter your mobile number and the verification code sent to you. Finally, provide your credit card details, and upon transaction confirmation, your BONE tokens will be sent to your wallet. A 4% service charge applies to each transaction.

Aiming for Increased Adoption

Shiba Inu’s team aims to boost Shibarium’s adoption with this new fiat-on-ramp service, particularly by increasing transaction counts and wallet creation. As of now, Shibarium has 1.81 million wallet addresses and a total transaction count of 418.05 million.

In addition, Shiba Inu’s lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, highlighted this development during his presentation at the Blockchain Futuristic Conference (BFC) earlier this year.
