The Shiba Inu community is aggressively pushing for token burns. The Shiba Inu developers have calmed the community by revealing that they are working tirelessly to make it happen and bring new innovative solutions to the project.
Kaaldhairya, one of the developers of Shiba Inu (SHIB), revealed on Tuesday that the development team is working around the clock on new projects for the Shiba Inu ecosystem. The list of projects includes SHIBARIUM, SHI, SHIBASWAP 2.0, Metaverse land auction, Burn portal and more.

During the SHIBA Binance AMA, it was revealed that the SHIB Burn Portal was already approaching its final development stages. Although an official date has not been set for its launch yet, the team confirmed that they are actively working to implement this initiative to drastically increase the coin’s value by reducing the number of tokens in circulation.
The ShibaSwap developer, KaalDhairya, also revealed on Tuesday that the Shiba Burn Portal would be designed so that users get rewards in exchange for burning SHIB. This mechanism is strategic as it will encourage more burning in the community.
It was also reported during the SHIb AMA that the Burn Portal would be a part of SwibaSwap 2.0. We are, however, yet to receive more information on how it will work or how it will ultimately increase the burn rate.

Alongside the Burn Portal, KaalDhairya also revealed in his tweet that Shibarium is in the Alpha Stage, gearing up for the Beta testing Phase soon. While, SHI, claimed to be an algo-stable coin that will be pegged at 1c ($0.001), by Ryoshi, a pseudonymous creator of the SHIB token, is also under development.
In addition, he confirmed that ShibaSwap 2.0 is being developed with a new UI and UX design and new ways to earn, while the Metaverse land auction will kick-off soon.
The ShibaSwap was first launched in July 2021, with similar functions to popular DEXs like uniswap. In addition to general features like token swap and staking, ShibaSwap also has other features like governance and a Shiboshis, an NFT marketplace.
He further noted that the developers were also working on other amazing features that his is not at liberty to disclose to the general public yet.
