Shiba Inu has ended their collaboration with Ryoshi Vision and is now solely responsible for running the SHIB burn Portal.
Shiba Inu (SHIB), a major cryptocurrency project with a canine theme, has declared that it has assumed complete control of the official burn portal and is no longer in contact with the Ryoshi Vision (RYOSHI) team.
Shiba Inu Will Host the Official Burn Portal as Part of ShibaSwap
The Shiba Inu development team will host the official burn page as part of the project’s decentralised exchange (DEX), ShibaSwap, according to a blog post published today.
Shiba Inu has stated that it is developing more burn utility techniques that will be released in conjunction with the future Layer-2 network Shibarium.
The blog post stated, “During the upcoming weeks, and as the portal transitions to being a fully run ShibaSwap platform, our team will focus on communication efforts for the platform with the community.”
Shiba Inu stated that it is also developing a suitable strategy for rewarding burn Portal users and wants community input on the best method to implement the strategy.
After the announcement, the Burn Portal will continue to be hosted by the Shiba Inu team as part of ShibaSwap.Therefore, it won’t be necessary to “deploy a reward system” with Ryoshi Vision’s “reliance or collaboration.”
Shiba Inu team also affirms that going forward, the official SHIB Burn Portal will be run by Shiba Inu’s internal development team, which is already working on new burn utility mechanics with solutions like the future Shibarium protocol.
The choice was made due to Ryoshis Vision’s inability to deliver processes precisely in line with what the platform had promised.
Reasons Behind Shiba Inu’s Break with Ryoshi Vision
Both the Ryoshi and SHIB communities have voiced several grievances over the burn portal’s ineffectiveness and lack of allocating rewards. Shiba Inu said that despite their best attempts, they could not contact the Ryoshi Vision team to find a solution.
Shiba Inu and Ryoshi Vision decided to split after the project assembled a new team to take the place of the outgoing members, according to the release.
Initially, Ryoshi Vision was tasked with overseeing the SHIB burn portal and giving out prizes to participants in the experiment.
