In a recent tweet, Ripple expressed gratitude for the recognition and stated that they
were honoured to be included in the region’s prestigious list of the best workplaces.
Great Place To Work, an organization that evaluates workplaces and conducts surveys to determine the best workplaces, congratulated Ripple on its accomplishment. They tweeted that Ripple had achieved the notable 8th position on the 2023 Small & Medium list of the Best Workplaces in the Bay Area.

According to the data gathered by Great Place To Work, Ripple’s employee satisfaction levels are impressive. A striking 95% of Ripple employees expressed their belief that Ripple is an excellent workplace. This percentage is significantly higher than the average employee satisfaction rate of 57% for companies based in the United States.

Additionally, the survey shows that employees feel trusted to carry out their responsibilities without excessive oversight and attribute their positive experience to the exceptional facilities Ripple provides.

In 2022, the company was ranked fourth on the Best Workplaces for Parents list, further solidifying its reputation as a supportive workplace.
