Ripple’s XRP closed the month at $2.11, marking a sharp 20.61% decline over the past 30 days. The downtrend wiped out a significant portion of XRP’s short-term gains, pulling the price down from its March high of $2.6882. This correction reflects broader uncertainty in the crypto space and XRP’s struggle to hold support above the $2.20 level.
At the start of March, XRP showed strength with a strong price surge toward $2.68. However, the rally was short-lived. Sellers quickly overwhelmed buyers, pushing the price into a steep decline by mid-March. By March 11, XRP touched a notable low before making a brief recovery that failed to break key resistance. Since then, the bearish momentum persisted, dragging XRP further down to the current level.

Despite having a maximum supply of 100 billion tokens, only 58.2 billion are in circulation, potentially limiting aggressive market moves. The fully diluted valuation (FDV) remains high at $211.18 billion, showing investor confidence in long-term utility, yet short-term price action tells a different story. XRP’s current price is also 45.07% below its all-time high of $3.84 from January 2018.
What’s next for XRP?
With strong resistance around the $2.20–$2.30 range and minimal bullish volume to break through it, XRP appears trapped in a downward channel. If buyers do not return soon, XRP may revisit its recent low of $2.07 or dip below the $2 psychological barrier.

However, unless April brings renewed momentum, the Ripple community may need to brace for further consolidation or more downside. The question remains: Can XRP break free from its bearish grip, or is more turbulence ahead?
