Heavyweight cryptocurrency exchange Binance has formed a partnership with Khaby Lame, an Italian-Senegalese creator who rose to fame due to the popularity of his TikTok videos.

The company announced on June 30 that Khaby, the most popular creator on the TikTok social media platform with 140 million followers, will now represent Binance globally as a brand ambassador.

Binance, whose blockchain ecosystem powers the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world based on trading volume, will work with Khaby to promote Web3 adoption and awareness.

Why This Partnership Is Important for Binance

Due to his uncanny ability to use “life hacks” in challenging situations while performing the “Khaby move,” Khaby rose to fame on TikTok.

The creator will work with Binance to create unique non-fungible token (NFT) collections and use his signature flair to address some of the concerns surrounding Web3.

Binance Continues to Partner With Big Names

Notably, on June 23, Binance disclosed that it had announced an exclusive multi-year partnership with football star Cristiano Ronaldo. This partnership aims to unite Ronaldo and his fans by utilizing Web3 with NFTs as an entry point.
