Analyzing Cardano’s Long-Term Trend: Could It Spark a 362% Surge?

Cardano Crashes Below $0.55: Will ADA Recover?

According to analyst Alan Santana, when evaluating the potential of Cardano (ADA), it is crucial to focus on the long-term perspective. Despite a 35% decline from July 2022 to July 2023, recent price behavior suggests a recovery. ADA has witnessed a 20% increase since January 2023.

Santana suggests that ADA’s price movement follows a three-stage pattern sequence. The first two stages have already been completed, and the third stage is expected to follow.

According to Santana, there is a possibility of Cardano (ADA) reaching a high of $1.34 and a low of $0.665 this year. If ADA were to reach $1.34, it would signify a remarkable 362% increase from its current levels.

Additionally, Santana suggested long-term targets of $2 and $2.5 for ADA. He also mentioned potential values of $4.9 and $7.77, with the potential for even higher prices in the future. Santana expressed the likelihood of ADA reaching new all-time highs in the future as well.

Despite the positive outlook for Cardano (ADA), there are potential challenges on the path to success. One of these challenges is the regulatory crackdown in the United States, which has led to the delisting of ADA and other cryptocurrencies like Solana (SOL) and Polygon (MATIC) by certain firms. However, it is worth noting that SOL and MATIC have experienced greater weekly growth rates with 18.6% and 9.3% respectively, while ADA has rallied by 5.2% during the same time period.

Cardano Locked-In Defi Protocols Hits an ATH

Cardano (ADA) has experienced a positive development with the total number of tokens locked in decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols reaching an all-time high.

According to data from DefiLlama, Cardano currently has a total value locked (TVL) of 564.74 million ADA. This marks a significant increase of 180% compared to the 198.65 million ADA locked on January 1, 2023.

However, it’s important to note that this increase in ADA tokens locked is not reflected in dollar value due to the declining price of ADA. In terms of dollar value, the total amount locked in DeFi protocols for ADA is $165.4 million.
